Sparging Products are used to inject small bubbles of gas into a liquid such as wine via a sinter. Gases like nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide are used to alter gas levels in wine. Sinters allow for the flow of gas at a specific rate depending on their size or microns. A Sinter Assembly is used to sparge gas into a wine line via a tee piece also known as a Sparger Assembly, while the WEMS Vortex Sparger is an inline dosing system used on large volumes of wine. Turret fittings are a quick connect male and female shut-off coupling used on either liquid or gas applictions.
